How do I become an appointed broker with Delta Dental of Colorado?

In order to sell our products, you must agree to our terms and become appointed with Delta Dental of Colorado. Once appointed, you will receive a broker/vendor number. Then you’re ready to sell!

To begin the appointment process, we need the following information:

  • Name
  • Email (for producer and/ or agency)
  • Agency Name (or identify if sole proprietor)
  • Please submit your request to deltadentalhub@ddpco.com

What is the commission level?

For commission rates, please contact your Delta Dental sales representative.

How do I enroll a new group?

When does new group coverage begin? What is the effective date?

In most cases, a group will be effective on the first day of the month following the receipt of the completed group application materials and employee enrollment.

When should my client expect a billing statement to arrive?

Bills are mailed on the first business day following the 15th day of the month.

When is the Delta Dental premium due each month?

For fully insured groups, premiums are due on the first day of the statement month. For self-funded groups, weekly claims are due upon receipt of the bill every Tuesday. Monthly claims and admin fees are also due upon receipt of the bill on the 15th of every month.
