In order to sell our products, you must be appointed with Delta Dental of Colorado. Once appointed, you will receive a broker/vendor number. At this point, you'll be ready to sell. To get appointed, send the items below to brokersupport@ddpco.com or fax them to 303-741-4233.

• Copy of Producer License
• Copy of Agency License
• Broker's Direct Deposit/EFT Form for direct deposit commission payments
