Delta Dental of Colorado's Board of Trustees sets high standards for business ethics. To uphold this policy, company management will:

• Ensure employees understand and follow the Code of Conduct and the Business Ethics Policy.
• Communicate Delta Dental's ethical standards to staff and report program effectiveness to the Board.
• Ensure Delta Dental does not engage in illegal or unfair practices.
• Pursue opportunities to use resources in the most efficient manner.
• Provide "sign off" from the President/CEO and Vice President of Finance/CFO on all financial reports.
• Take appropriate action when unethical or illegal practices are discovered.

The Governance Committee will review this policy annually.
