Benefit Manager Toolkit ® (BMT)

Want to find out about your group's benefit information? Or make changes to one of your employee's eligibility? Benefit Manager Toolkit® (BMT) is the answer. With Benefit Manager Toolkit® you can add, change or terminate employees and their dependents online. Benefit Manager Toolkit® is safe and secure, using 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure your employees' private health information is safe.

Click on Benefit Manager Toolkit® to be taken directly to the site. To access Benefit Manager Toolkit® (BMT), you must have a user log-in and password assigned by Delta Dental. To receive your password, complete the Benefit Manager Toolkit -- Client Knowledge Authorization Form and send to BMTCKregistration@ddpco.com.

Client Knowledge

Client Knowledge is Delta Dental's web-based reporting system. You can have access to your group specific information 24-hours a day, seven days a week. With Client Knowledge, you can choose reports in either a pre-designed graphic format or a data format that that can be copied into Microsoft Excel.

Client Knowledge offers data separated in the following categories:

  • Utilization of services and networks.
  • Treatment savings.
  • Demographics and financials.
  • Peer reporting.
  • Operations statistics.

Client Knowledge is available to groups of 100 or more enrolled lives. Client Knowledge access is not available for Voluntary Product groups.

Consumer Toolkit ®

Do your employees want to find out about their benefits? You can direct them to Delta Dental's Consumer Toolkit® to find information on their dental plan, benefits available, the status of a claim or to print their own member ID card. It's fast, easy to use, and free.

Employees can find out information on themselves, their spouse*, or their under-age dependents*. All the employee needs to access Consumer Toolkit® is their Member ID number and their date of birth.

*In compliance with federal and state law, information will not be available to anyone other than the covered patient, effective April 14, 2003. A Release of Information (ROI) authorization is available to authorize the release of dental claims history, benefit information, etc. The purpose of the ROI authorization is to enable a covered dependent, who is 18 years of age or older, or spouse to give authorization to Delta Dental of Colorado to release Protected Health Information to another family member (i.e. parent or spouse).
